By accessing or using the Tinu app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Tinu is a habit-tracking application that features an AI companion named "Tinu" to help motivate users. The Service allows users to track daily habits, maintain streaks, and interact with a virtual character.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. AI Features and Disclaimers

• AI Generation: The Service includes features that use Artificial Intelligence to generate text and images. While we strive for positive and helpful interactions, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or irrelevant.
• No Professional Advice: The AI companion is for entertainment and motivational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or health advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or health objective.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tinu and its licensors. The "Tinu" character and related artwork are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall Tinu, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
